Coronavirus Update

A big hello to our dearest clients, whether they be past, present or future!

A brief update whilst we stay alert during the Coronavirus pandemic;

Are we still working?

Yes, we resumed ‘normal’ working practice during June.
We are prioritising those existing clients who are awaiting new equipment due to breakdowns, or where they were booked in but had to be postponed – they will be given most of the June appointments.
Routine appliance servicing for existing clients may resume from July.
Priority will be given to those where their service was due between March-June but due to the Covid-19 shutdown haven’t been done. There will be a catch-up period so by all means enquire and we will endeavour to give you an appointment, but it may not be for several weeks unless you have an urgent issue.

What about my annual boiler service for the Vaillant boiler warranty?

Vaillant boilers that we have installed, and that are within their guarantee period where the service is due/overdue – Vaillant have confirmed that those clients will have until the end of this year (2020) for their boiler to be serviced. This will then maintain the boiler guarantee. We will endeavour to catch-up to service your boiler within this time frame.
Over the next few weeks Kevin will make contact with those clients who were postponed to remake their appointment for a convenient date and time.

How do you endeavour to safeguard my household and also yourselves from any potential coronavirus infection or spread?

We continue to monitor all the relevant advice and are following guidelines. This includes confirming whether clients have any current symptoms, or are self-isolating both before and upon arrival. We arrive wearing face masks or a covering and gloves. We wash our hands regularly with our own soap solution and use hand sanitiser as required. We also wipe surfaces with hospital grade disinfectant. We socially distance using the 2 metre rule wherever possible. We ask clients to stay in another room where possible. After we leave we remove our PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and take it away.
